Character Forge Playtest

Thank you to everyone who helped with playtesting the new Character Forge. This round is now closed, but please get in touch if you want any updates.

The character generation beta is now in its second round and we are looking for play testers. Don’t worry, you might actually have fun. Scratch that, you will absolutely have fun.

Generating a Tefr character happens in a number of phases including nationality, attributes, basic skills, background and, of course, gods gifts. The process is intentionally structured to help players think about their new character’s back story and is meant to be as much a part of game play as a scenario. But we have helped make it easier with the new Character Calculator that you can link directly from the Document. That is why it is now called the Character Forge

We are looking for all kinds of playtesters: DMs, GMs, referees, gnarly experienced players and complete novices. Don’t feel you have to generate more than one character, even trying it once is valuable to us. We would be delighted if you could offer your thoughts and give feedback on your experiences, either by filling out the questions form provided in the download folder and copy pasting this into an email sent to the address provided, or you can leave your comments directly below. We like constructive stuff best.
